Graffiti F1
The remarkable purple colour is not just skin-deep - it continues through the head. They retain their colour when growing, so no need to protect with leaves, and are a delight as crudités, steamed or tossed into stir-fry meals.

Sunset F1
The orange curds of this autumn-cropper are quite beautiful and have a great flavour. Ideal for using as 'mini veg';

Clapton F1
Heavy, dense, late summer and autumn caulis of superb quality. Very white heads. Club root resistant.

Veronica
This beautiful 'Romanesco' type produces a head made of several 'spears' which have a wonderful flavour and a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Quite simply delicious!
