This is something completely different and D.T. Brown are first to give you the chance to try it! A salad turnip! The incredibly sweet flavoured, firm textured roots each only 6-8cms in diameter and can be pulled smaller. Its ideal raw in salads and stir-fries and there is no bitter aftertaste. The flesh is clear and white.
