KITCHEN GARDENERS SAVE PLENTY
As ‘Austerity Britain’ stages a comeback and financial cutbacks mean that value-for-money becomes ever more important, an increasing number of people are turning to growing fruit and vegetables as a means of saving money, getting valuable exercise and even creating community spirit. We are backing the move and are determined to help both new and experienced gardeners to cut the cost of producing their own delicious and nutritious produce. We have therefore widened our range of money-saving seed and plant collections. We appreciate there will be belt-tightening and this year we have made an even greater effort to ensure our customers benefit from our very best varieties at really keen prices. We are determined to help them get the best from their kitchen gardens and to save money in the process.
