RUBY IS A REAL GEM

We are offering an extra-early clone of Apple Jonagold, called Ruby, free of charge to our customers!.  Ruby is a sweet, red skinned, large fruited dessert apple which will keep for up to three months.  Anyone who orders three or more fruit trees from our catalogue may claim Ruby, worth £19.95, completely free of charge.

D. T. Brown’s general manager Tim Jeffries reckons Ruby is a heavy cropper.  “Gardeners can expect up to 100 apples per tree after just four years.  Ready at the end of August, up to four weeks earlier than Jonagold, it kicks off our apple season and, surprisingly for such an earlier cropper, the fruits keep well”.

While many people like the idea of growing their own fruit at home, but feel they do not have the space for fruit trees, D. T. Brown has the answer with its range of naturally dwarfing patio fruit trees.  Well suited to cropping in containers, they are suitable for the smallest garden or even just a back yard.

D. T. Brown is also offering two keenly priced collections of fruit trees, and each of which is offered with Apple Ruby free of charge to make them even greater value.  The D. T. Brown Favourites Collection, comprising Apple Queen Cox, Pear Conference and Plum Victoria, plus Apple Ruby, is offered for just £35.85, a saving of £18 on catalogue prices.  The Disease Resistant Fruit Tree Collection, which includes Apple Pinova, Pear Beurre Hardy and Plum Lizzie, plus Apple Ruby, cost only £39.85 – a saving of £23.
