VEG PLANTS LOOKING GOOD
Despite the early poor weather our veg plants are looking very good at the moment. The Kelsae onions (pictured here with General Manager Tim Jeffries on our Lincolnshire nursery) have developed very good root systems and strong top growth and will be ready to despatch in a week or two. Other onions and leeks are on schedule for early to mid May.
We will begin despatching peppers next week (w/c 12th April) - slightly early than originally forecast - and the rest of the veg plant range is growing on strongly behind and on schedule for the advertised dates!
This year the brassica plant collection, cabbage collection and brussels collection have proved particularly popular along with individual sales of squash, outdoor melon and tomatoes like Shady Lady!
There's still time to order - while stocks last of course!
