Leek plant Collection
£7.99 per 30 each of 2 varieties

Grow our two varieties of leeks for up to eight months' supply of this delicious and versatile vegetable. Both Carlton F1 and Sultan F1 will stand in good condition for many weeks, needing only to be lifted as required. They are outstanding varieties, which we thoroughly recommend.

Why not order an extra pack to lift young in summer as extra succulent and tasty baby leeks? They are superb for adding to stir fry dishes, salads or steamed for a few minutes and served with a cheese sauce.

Carlton F1 This early variety is ready from August, but will stand until October if required. The stems are long, with a good length of white. There is little waste and no 'bulbing' with this excellent hybrid.

Sultan F1 Takes over from Carlton F1 in November and its slender, dense shanks can be pulled right through to March. High yielding and with a fine flavour, the plants have white tip and rust resistance.
