Labels & Pen Set
£1.85 per 40 plastic labels & indelible marker pen

Don't forget to order a pack or two of these, as there is nothing more frustrating than unlabelled seed trays or plant rows.

Lettuce, All Year Round Butterhead
£0.79 per 1200 Seeds

Medium-sized butterhead (soft hearted) variety, slow to bolt and with a long harvesting period.

Lettuce, Catalogna Cerbiatta
£1.29 per 1000 Seeds

This non-hearting 'oak leaf' lettuce has thick leaves of excellent flavour and texture. Ornamental enough for patio pots.

Lettuce, Little Gem Delight
£1.35 per 300 Seeds

If you thought Little Gem was the tastiest lettuce, this selection has an even better flavour. Very good for close spacings and as cut-and-come-again.

Lettuce, Winter Density Cos
£0.99 per 1200 Seeds

Like a larger version of Little Gem in shape and flavour, you will not be disappointed by this reliable cos lettuce.

Mixed Salad Leaves
£1.59 per 1200 Seeds

Rocket, coriander, mizuna, mustard and sorrel are all in this blend - making it rather more interesting than most packs of salad leaves we see in the shops. Pick as baby leaves or cut-and-come-again.

Onion (Spring), Guardsman Spring
£1.19 per 400 Seeds

Upright, good looking and tough enough to take the winter in its stride, it produces a good length of 'white' Suitable for both autumn and spring sowing, it is slow to bolt and resistant to white rot.

Onion (Spring), White Lisbon Winter Hardy
£0.99 per 600 Seeds

The name says it all - the more resilient brother of our best loved spring onion. Same great taste!

Onion Fertiliser
£4.99 per 1.5kg

Specailly formulated to N11:P22:K22, it will benefit both onions and garlic, giving plants just the boost they need. High in phosphorous for good bulb development and high in potash to boost disease resistance, we recommend this excellent fertiliser. Supplied in easy-to-use granular form.

Onion Nets
£3.75 per 5 Nets. Each holds up to 20kg

Just the job for keeping your crop of onions in tip-top condition for several months, our nets allow good air circulation. Once the skins of the bulbs have 'set', hang them in onion nets in a dry, airy, frost-free place. Never store onions in plastic bags as this will cause them to rot.

Onion, Ailsa Craig Prizewinner
£1.05 per 325 Seeds

A fine selection of this famous and very popular strain. Large, golden skinned globes with a mild flavour. Not the best keeper and best used before Christmas. Also a splendid show bench variety.

Onion, Kelsae
£3.35 per 120 Seeds

The daddy of them all and the parent of virtually all the heavyweight strains. Expect very large, heavy bulbs with a deliciously sweet flavour even with the minimum of care and attentions. Cosset your plants and you may grow some real giants. Does not keep well. Supplied in original raiser's packets.

Oriental Salad Leaves, Mizuna
£0.99 per 500 Seeds

Easy-to-please and reliable whatever the weather conditions, Mizuna produces rosettes of finely cut leaves, which can be used at virtually any stage of growth, whether in salads, soups, stir fries or steamed with fish. Try stuffing chicken breasts with Mizuna.

Pak Choi, Ivory F1
£1.29 per 150 Seeds

A high class hybrid with really tasty and very attractive thick, white stems and fleshy, dark green leaves. Ideal for picking young, if desired, and slow to bolt.

Pak Choi, Mei Quing Choi F1
£1.39 per 150 Seeds

Ideal for those new to growing Oriental veg, it tolerates heat and cold and is slow to run to seed. Pale green leaf stems are set against darker green foliage. Wonderful picked young and included in salads.

Parsley, Aphrodite
£1.19 per 500 Seeds

If you love your parsley ultra-curly, Aphrodite is the one for you. So much more than just a garnish. Superb for edging paths and great for pots.

Pea, Excellenz
£1.69 per 125g

An improvement on our great favourite Kelvedon Wonder, it produces plenty of well-filled 10cm (4in) pods on low growing plants. The flavour is splendid.

Pea, Feltham First
£1.49 per 125g

Probably the earliest to crop of all autumn-sown peas, it produces well filled pods on neat, compact plants which require only the minimum of support.

Pea, Kelvedon Wonder
£1.35 per 125g

Equally reliable if autumn - or spring-sown, this great favourite reliably gives a good crop of well filled pods and peas of fine flavour.

Planter, Strawberries and Perennials

This is an ideal, high-quality tool for planting strawberries, perennials and many other plants. It has a wooden T-handle shaft 40cm/16in long, the blade is made from high carbon steel and is tapered for ease of use. This attractive, hand crafted tool is made to a high standard and its innovative design makes the gardener's life easier. Ths Strawberry Planter has a simple, yet effective, design. The heart-shaped head makes planting accurate and easier.
