If you have any concerns or problems with your seeds, please return the packet to us for replacement using the returns address label on your despatch note, telling us what the problem is.

Should you have any problems with live product or any garden equipment items, please do not return them, simply contact our Customer Services Team on 0333 003 0869* who will be pleased to assist you with your specific issue.
My order has arrived and it's incorrect, what do I do now?
We always do our utmost to ensure this doesn't happen, but if we have delivered an incorrect item in your order please contact us immediately on 0333 003 0869*. We will ensure your item is corrected and re-sent immediately.
I'm not happy with my product, how do I return it for a refund?
Here at D.T. Brown's we do our best to ensure the highest quality seeds and plants are delivered to our customers. It is important to us that your growing is a success. However very occasionally things do go wrong, but please rest assured we will do our best to put things right. Should you be dissatisfied for any reasons with the products we provide, we will gladly send a replacement or refund the purchase price upon request.
